HI, I did a clean windows 10 installation on my G751JY.I tried to install the audio drivers version '7569'. It uninstalled the previous version of the driver first, then restarted the computer. However, after the restart, it started to uninstall the driver again, and restarted again. And it never installed the new version of the driver.I tried to uninstall the driver manually and to disable the sound card. However, after every restart, the old driver '7564'is still on it.Is it because of the mutiple drivers that I have? Also, where can I download the audio wizard? Does it come with the driver installation?Thank you!
Did you try uninstalling it through the Device Manager? Right click the Realtek one in the pic you posted. Uninstall and check the box to remove the driver. That should disallow it from autoinstalling via Win Update.edit: Actually, I think that will just uninstall it. You may need to also download this tool directly from Microsoft which prevents select updates or drivers from downloading/autoinstalling.yea, i tried uninstalling it through the device manager.
I will try to download that.
